UGANDAN DANCERS BAND
Uganda is such a beautiful country with beautiful people and culture. it lies in the eastern part of Africa. It has got more than 40 tribes, which means: more than 40 languages, customs, more than 40 dance types, masses of instruments and so on. it is a colourful country, a musical country, a country where boredom is not in its dictionary! a country of different foods, simply a country of great taste and style.
Ugandan dancers are happy to share with you some of these things.
Ugandan dancers band, tries to bring ugandan culture to europe and hopefully worldwide. that is our aim. we just see that not everyone has a possibility to go to uganda, to experience uganda the pearl of africa, so what we do: we bring it nearer to people by doing dia-shows, holding discussions that people can have a chance to ask whatever they want to know about uganda, preparing ugandan food that people can try how ugandan food tastes, african shop which is specialised in selling different things from uganda like beads, baskets, drums, clothes, chairs and many more things.
we have also managed to create a travel agency to uganda so that people from europe can feel free to travel to uganda and experience uganda with no fear and feel safe where so many europeans so far have joined. These travels are aiming at supporting kids without parents to get food, clothes, school fees and school materials ets. Every travel with us mean supporting a child at Orutindo Project (www.orutindo.eu).
Next trip will go december 2019 and second group will travel to uganda february 2020. that will be after we do performances in europe. feel free to contact us and the base in uganda is
